“Dave is the number one go-to expert when one is totally ready to heave the computer and all technology into the dumpster. At times is seems reasonable to return to the 18th Century, but if you are fortunate to get Dave on the case, you begin to "love" your computer and technology. Yes, he is an expert "fixer" but also a really good sotto voce teacher; one who imparts knowledge and you always realize later on that you know a bit more about the computer than you did previously.
